Processing & Shipping

PROCESSING

Please allow 5-12 business days (Monday-Friday) for the processing of your order. Time frame can be shorter depending on our vendor stock. We currently do not have hair on hand, however once we do, processing time will decrease.

Please note that holidays and weekends are excluded. Processing times may vary due to origin of hair. It is important to understand that processing time is different from shipping time. For example, if you select two-day shipping when placing an order, this does not mean your order will ship within two business days; it must still undergo the processing phase.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

It will take 1-4 business days to receive your order from the shipping carrier once they receive it, which is after processing time is complete.

If you opted for Local Delivery, you will receive a text stating your order is ready and can be delivered at your earliest convenience.
